Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sethi Telecom, we strive to ensure that every customer has a great experience with our products and services. To provide clarity on how we handle order cancellations and returns, we have outlined our policy below.
1. Cancellation Policy
Product Orders:
- Orders can be cancelled before they transition to "Shipped" status.
- Once an item is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
- To request a cancellation, please call us immediately at 091157 13130.
Service & Repair Requests:
- Repair requests can be cancelled as long as the work on the device hasn't started.
- If specific parts were ordered for your repair, a nominal restocking fee may apply.
2. Returns and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for items that are verified as dead-on-arrival (DOA) or physically damaged during transit.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and freebies.
- Consumables like screen protectors, adhesives, and opened SIM card kits are strictly non-returnable.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are initiated only after our technical team verifies the reason for return.
- For online payments, the amount will be credited back via the original payment mode within 7-10 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS after you provide valid bank details.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Any product showing signs of liquid damage or physical abuse caused by the user.
- Items where the warranty seal is tampered or the IMEI/Serial number is removed.
- Software activation codes or digital recharges.
- Labor/Service charges for repairs that were successfully completed.
